Homeruns- M.Trout-2(20th)
Mike Trout smacked 2 homeruns and had 6 RBI as the Los Angeles(AL) Angels

Trout was really 'in the zone'. He doubled which brought home a run in the
4th inning, cracked a two-run shot in the 6th inning and launched a three-run
homer in the 7th inning. Bud Norris was perfect in relief and gained credit
for his 2nd save.
The victory was credited to Parker Bridwell(7-7) who went 6 and 2/3 innings,
allowing 1 run. Jake Junis(5-8) suffered the loss. He got hit hard, allowing
7 hits and 3 walks in 4 and 1/3 innings.
'I felt great out there today,' Trout said, 'Maybe I should make a regular
habit of getting to bed on time!'

| SAN DIEGO AT MILWAUKEE
Padres.......... 2 1 0 0 0 1 4 0 1 - 9 12 0
Brewers......... 1 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 1 - 3 4 0
Win:Lamet(4-8) Loss:Suter(5-3)
Homeruns- J.Pirela(6th), W.Myers-2(12th), A.Hedges-2(18th), N.Walker(6th)
First baseman Wil Myers ripped 2 homeruns and had 4 RBI and Dinelson Lamet
retired 10 batters on strikeouts at Miller Park as the San Diego Padres beat
the Milwaukee Brewers 9 to 3.
Myers provided much of the offense. He slapped a one-base hit in the 3rd
inning, lofted a solo-blast 'downtown' in the 6th inning, popped a two-run
clout over the fence in the 7th inning and ripped a base-knock resulting in a
run in the 9th inning. Overall San Diego out-hit Milwaukee 12 to 4.
Lamet(4-8) allowed 3 runs in 8 innings, and picked up the victory. Brent
Suter(5-3) was the loser. He was touched for 3 homeruns in his 5 innings of
work.
Lamet didn't realize how many strikeouts he was racking up. When told he had
10 he was obviously surprised, 'No kidding? Man, I knew that I had a decent
total, but I didn't think I had K'd that many. Say, that's pretty good,
isn't it?'
