Jackson had a big evening at the plate. He cracked a solo homerun in the 4th inning and smashed a two-run homer in the 8th inning. Baltimore had a chance in the 9th but they came up short. Stew Cliburn(3-6) allowed no runs in 2/3 of an inning, and picked up the victory. Cliburn got help from Donnie Moore who was credited with his 6th save.
